We invite you to the Small Reading Room – places to study are waiting!

The Small Reading Room, located on the ground floor in room 12, next to the Circulation Desk, will be open from September 24th. Seven seats are available for users (including one computer station). Textbooks are available for free use, and all library collections, including books, periodicals, and special collections, are available upon request.

Book reservations and lending are open

You can now order and borrow textbooks for the new academic year. Books are borrowed for a period of four months, with the option of extending them twice (provided they haven't been reserved by another reader). The online catalog has been changed to INTEGRO, so the interface looks different than before the change. You must log in to the new catalog.

Information for first-year students

We encourage you to create an account at the Library to borrow books. For more information, please visit the link – REGISTRATION. After creating an account and its activation by the Library, you will be able to order textbooks from September 1, 2025, at 9:00 AM. The Impact Factor of our journals is increasing!

We are pleased to announce that according to the latest edition of Journal Citation Reports, the Impact Factors of scientific journals published by our University have increased: 21st Century Nursing – Impact Factor 2024 = 0.4 (in the previous edition 0.2) Current Issues in Pharmacy and Medical Sciences – Impact Factor 2024 = 0.7 (in the previous edition 0.4)

New edition of Impact Factor 2024

We would like to inform you that the Impact Factor for 2024 is now available. In the UMLub Bibliography database, the Impact Factor scores for articles from 2024-2025 have been updated in accordance with the values given in the Journal Citation Reports 2025 edition database.

Book Loan/Renewal

We would like to inform you that from June 2, 2025, it is possible to borrow or extend books for a retake session or for the holiday period. Extensions can be made by:

We are pleased to announce the launch of an Open Access publishing program for employees of the Medical University of Lublin, as part of the ICM consortium.
