We would like to remind you about the upcoming EBSCO IEEE Authorship and Open Access Symposium: Tips and Best Practices to Get Published from IEEE, which will take place on October 24 at 3:30 p.m. Among the speakers there will be Prof. Giovanni Ghione from the Polytechnic University of Turin, editor-in-chief of IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices and author or co-author of over 350 scientific articles and several books in the field of high-frequency electronics and optoelectronics.
Prof. Ghionne and other speakers, also from IEEE, will discuss publishing issues such as institutional Open Access programs, what reviewers and editors look for when analyzing received manuscripts, how to avoid predatory journals, and many more.
