A hands-on session dedicated to the options available in the My Desktop section of the new EBSCOhost interface. After the session, participants will know how to create a free account on the platform, save results permanently, create search and journal alerts, save search links, create projects.
Evaluating the literature and creating systematic reviews with EBSCOhost

We will begin the session by introducing the topic of literature appraisal and systematic reviews. We will present the objectives, which include explaining the importance of critically appraising the literature, evaluating sources, understanding the hierarchy of evidence, constructing effective search strategies, and using tools to assess the quality of studies.
