Training for students

Classes conducted by the UM Library for students are conducted online on the MS Team's platform. Additionally, the remote learning platform contains teaching materials as well as tests and tasks to complete as part of the credit.

Consultations for people taking part in training courses conducted by the Main Library of the City of Lublin are held every Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Department of Scientific Information and Library Didactics, in the Main Library, room 107 – 1st floor (ul. Szkolna 18). Consultations at other times may be held by prior arrangement, in the form of a personal meeting or online on the MS Team's platform.

To register for a specific training course, click the "Enter the course" link in the table above, log in to the training platform (login: album number, e.g. 43123, password USOS), enter the access key, and then click the "Sign me up" button.

All interested students can take the course from the computer workstations available in the Main Library (the Computer Workroom – room 107) or from any computer off the University network provided they have a proxy account. Read about remote access to electronic sources.

Additional training (upon request)):

Offer of training for students, especially within the framework of the work of Student Scientific Clubs or for organizers of student scientific conferences (the following topics are implemented after prior e-mail contact with the Library and setting a date – informacja@umlub.edu.pl or renata.birska@umlub.edu.pl). Training is carried out in the form of webinars or workshop meetings in the Computer Lab.
