Processing of personal data

1. The website may process users' personal data, collected primarily using the cookie mechanism.
2. Personal data collected by the service will be processed for the period necessary to perform the contract for the provision of services by electronic means, to which the service user is a party, until its termination or expiration or until the response to the inquiry sent via the form, in connection with the implementation of the legitimate interest of the personal data administrator. After this period, the personal data of service users may be processed for archival and statistical purposes and until any claims related to the implementation of the contract for the provision of services are determined and secured.
3. The personal data of website users are protected against unlawful disclosure to unauthorized persons, unauthorized access, removal, damage, modification or accidental destruction or loss.

The website user has the right to access data, rectify it, limit its processing, the right to transfer data, and - in cases provided for by law - to demand the cessation of data processing, its deletion or objection to data processing, as well as the right to file a complaint to the supervisory body monitoring compliance with the law on personal data protection, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
5. If the processing of personal data of the Service Recipient or Customer is based on his consent, he has the right to withdraw this consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

Users' personal data will not be transferred to other entities, except those authorized under the law, including those with which the administrator has concluded appropriate agreements, e.g. in the field of IT services. The collected data will not be subject to profiling, and decisions will not be made based on them in an automated manner.

1. The website uses the cookie mechanism. These files may contain personal data in the form of the IP address of the device used by the user when using the website and the unique identifier of this device. These files are not stored on the administrator's servers, and the essence of their operation is to record their content during the visit to the website on the device used to use the website.
