* Regulations for the provision of library collections – Annex No. 2 to the Organisational Regulations of the library and information system of the Medical University of Lublin:

"§ 8. The right to lend outside is granted to:

1. In the Main Library:

• • employees of the Medical University of Lublin, retired employees of the University,
  • students of the Doctoral Studies at the University,
  • employees of entities performing medical activities in Lublin,
  • researchers from scientific institutions in Lublin,
  • employees of entities performing medical activities from the Lublin province after paying a deposit. The amount of the deposit should correspond to the current value of the books being borrowed. The minimum amount of the deposit is specified in the price list. The deposit is returned after settling the liabilities to the Library.
    
    

2. In the Student Branch: students of the Medical University of Lublin.

** within the limits approved by the Vice-Rector for Science:

Number of publications carried out by the Interlibrary Loan as part of intra-university settlements:

• for the needs of current scientific work up to 200 items for 6 months
• preparation of a doctoral thesis for 200 items for 6 months
• preparation of a habilitation thesis up to 300 items for 6 months
  
  

Orders exceeding the above limits will be fulfilled by the Library on a payment basis – according to invoices issued by the library fulfilling the order.

*** the cost of order fulfillment via the SUBITO system includes: the price of the copy (EUR 10.00 – 15.00/article), bank transfer costs (approx. PLN 70) and any license fees and VAT charged by the library fulfilling the order.
