FSTA with Full Text is a specialized database that includes full-text scientific and technological resources related to food, beverages and nutrition. This database is created in cooperation with a team of experts from IFIS, a non-profit organization with a reputation for scientific integrity, accuracy and excellence.

FSTA on EBSCOhost – This free three-part tutorial provides an overview of the FSTA content and the basic skills necessary to search the FSTA database and effectively find high-quality literature.
