Certification of scientific achievements is performed for the purposes of:
- recruitment to the Doctoral School (complete and submit application required) statements)
- scholarships
- mid-term evaluation
- reports on the implementation of the individual Research Plan
- awarding a doctoral degree
The source of data on publications is Bibliography UMLub, or, in the case of persons not previously associated with the University, a list of publications provided by the author along with full texts/photocopies of publications.
IMPORTANT: Before ordering a certificate, participants of the UM Doctoral School are required to check the completeness of their achievements in Bibliography UMLub and delivering missing publications to the Department of Scientific Information and Library Didactics.
ATTENTION: Participants of the Doctoral School should additionally submit a publication submit a Declaration authorizing the entity to demonstrate the scientific achievements of the employee/PhD student
for the purposes of evaluating the quality of scientific activities.

In order for the publication to be registered in the UML Bibliography database, you must send the full text/link to the full text/scan of this publication to the following address: informacja@umlub.pl or deliver a printed version/copy of the publication to the Department of Scientific Information and Library Didactics (Computer Room, room 107).
